DEREK D. NASH

Born and raised in a small town in Oregon, I was always an admirer of the outdoors and all of the natural things around us. I just didn’t know until later in life that taking photos of these types of things would be what I love to do.

 

Growing up playing 3-4 sports a year, photography or not much of anything else was ever on my mind. In college when I chose to stop playing basketball, I picked up my moms camera and started taking photos on the hiking trips I would go on with family and friends. Then from there it went on into me buying my first camera for myself and falling in love with it.

Currently I am working as a freelance photographer looking to connect with unique people, small businesses, and the rest of this beautiful world to showcase my perspective of others and nature through the lens of my camera.
